General Minor Works – For non-electrical tasks such as moving equipment, installing fixtures, or light maintenance. Suitable for planned jobs up to £5,000, not urgent or call-out work.

Minor Electrical Works – For minor electrical jobs under £5,000, including lighting, sockets, or small upgrades — all scheduled in advance, not emergency repairs.

Projects Team – For larger, specialist, or time-sensitive work over £5,000, or when you need the job completed quickly with full project management.

Please note: General Minor Works and Minor Electrical Works are usually delivered by individual operatives.
If your assigned tradesperson is unavailable (for example, due to illness), your job will need to be rescheduled.
